Katie’s woods park is free for day use visitors. there is a $5 fee required for use of the boat ramp. there are also very nice public restrooms available within the park. this is one of the smaller parks on the lake, but also one of the most popular. there is plenty of shade in this park on those warm summer days.. The boat ramp will remain open. the east and west accesses to park road 7 (katie’s woods drive) are now barricaded and the rest of the park will be closed. you can find an access map for the boat ramp at: https://bit.ly/3djywra at this time, this is a temporary closure. at the appropriate time, katie’s woods will be re-opened..
